Cancelation Policy

Clients should cancel their appointment 24 hours in advance via the Spa Booker email only by pressing “cancel”.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. $30 fee applies to all appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Spa Booker system will not allow future scheduling until fee is paid.
